Luxury Provencal food hamper for two
This chocolate box plays with typical Provencal dessert: bar with dried fruits (black or milk), in the form of olives with almonds or mini chocolate boxes with candied orange, not to mention truffles with nougat and chips with hazelnuts (black or with milk).
All products are handcrafted by a Living Heritage confectionery (French label EPV) of very high quality.

Here’s the Christmas French dessert from Provence, usually presented as a round shape.
The confectionery that makes this specialty in Aix en Provence area preferred to keep the original recipe and adopt a square shape for a larger piece.
The organic chocolate comes from a rare bean. Each black or milk chocolate has a high cocoa content (minimum 74 and 39%). The candied orange pieces are mixed with grilled almonds to evoke the mendicant orders.
A very tasty tradition!
It looks like real fruit, but these olives are made of almonds and chocolate. Crunchy and melting at the same time, we nibble them without hunger.
A very playful, trompe l'oeil specialty to accompany desserts and coffee.
These chips of pure happiness like an unstructured bar crunch and melt in the mouth for a very cocoa tasting.
In the milk chocolate version, cocoa represents at least 39%, and in dark chocolate version no less than 74%. They also contain toasted hazelnuts to give even more crispness.
These bites are made of candied orange peel coated with dark chocolate cut into small chewable balls.
The recipe is traditional, we often taste the candied orange among the 13 desserts in Provence.

This mini box entitled "Mamie Chocorine" will bring you a surprising taste: imagine a hazelnut nougat coated with chocolate and cocoa powder. This is the nougat in the style of a truffle.
