The black nougat, fine and crunchy, contains a good proportion of pistachios. The classic soft nougat made with honey, almonds and egg white and vanilla is also available in modern and original flavors that you absolutely must taste.

3 versions of organic nougat in papillotes, each as succulent as the next:

Black and hard nougat with cane sugar with pistachios,
The tender and traditional nougat with vanilla,
Finally, the "Madame Victorine" nougat, tender with hazelnuts.

Made according to tradition, it's a sure and original value to share and very appreciated during dessert and coffee! In particular, you can add them to the 13 Christmas desserts as a refined treat.

Ingredients of black nougats: almonds, cane sugar, honey, glucose, wafer paper (potato starch, water), pistachios 3.33%, vanillin.

Ingredients of vanilla nougats: sugar, almonds, glucose syrup, honey, egg white, pistachios, wafer paper (potato starch, water), natural vanilla flavor 0.42%.

Hazelnut nougat ingredients: sugar, 21% hazelnuts, glucose syrup, honey, natural coffee flavoring, egg whites, wafer paper (potato starch, water).

These products may contain traces of dried fruits other than those mentioned above, of gluten.

Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
