Festive christmas dinner
Offer this French dinner menu composed as Provence meals, to discover Provencal specialties from aperitif to coffee, without forgetting the Clairette de Die.

They are made from local ingredients without preservatives, palm oil, GMOs or flavor enhancers. Only the mixture of flavors and herbs gives a delicious result that recalls summer evenings in Provence.

This vegetable preparation known as a specialty of the region is ideal to enjoy on toast at aperitif time. Very creamy and sweet to the taste, it is wonderful to put in the mouth.
Ingredients: 80% Eggplant, Olive oil, Air, White wine (contains sulphites), Salt, Sweet pepper, Pepper, Coriander.


After the appetizers, a goose terrine with duck foie gras and a smoked salmon terrine will be perfect to complete the starter. Of course, traditional recipes are honored by this family-run factory. The goose terrine is very gourmet with a very present note of foie gras which is always part of French festive meals. And for a very delicate tasting, we add a smoked salmon terrine, a seafood product that we like to find on special occasions. These starters will bring melting and freshness, and will harmonize wonderfully with the Clairette de Die.
Goose terrine ingredients: Duck foie gras, goose meat (EC origin) 20%, pork fat, pork liver, poultry liver, wine, whole MILK, whole eggs, salt, pepper, spices. Possible traces of nuts. Contains sulphites.
Salmon cream ingredients: salmon (45%), white fish flesh, creme fraiche, olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, capers, salt, white pepper, fresh dill, bay leaf.

As a main course, we offer you a very festive version of a poultry dish. This dish is cooked in Provence with the aim of bringing deliciousness and originality to its tasting. A combination of dishes that is out of the ordinary. The recipe includes vegetables and crème fraîche for a creamy and very tasty sauce. This preparation successfully harmonizes with the exceptional product that follows.
Ingredients: chicken drumsticks (40%), smoked duck breast, water, potato, button mushrooms, carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, creme fraiche, processed corn starch, butter, shallots, poultry stock, salt, wheat flour, garlic, pepper.

What is more suitable than the Camargue rice as a side dish to a festive meal? We offer a white rice out of the ordinary, PGI labeled and naturally fragrant. It’s rich in all the diversity of the Camargue terroir, and it will be perfect!
Ingredients: Camargue rice under Protected Geographical Indication.

To finish with a cocoa-flavored sweetness, the black and green olives bring crunch and then melting. These are disguised almonds, coated in chocolate. Undoubtedly a unique experience, with a high-quality cocoa whose rare bean was chosen for its taste, by this Aix confectionery labeled EPV.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (cocoa min 60%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor) almonds, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), coating agent: acacia gum, glucose syrup, sugar, colorings: E132, E153, E102.

This is a gourmet variation of white nougat, presented in papillotes made by a 140 years old confectionery! The quality of artisanal confectionery for a very gourmet holiday dessert.
Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts 21%, glucose syrup, honey, natural coffee flavor, egg whites, unleavened bread (potato starch, water). These products may contain traces of dried fruits other than those mentioned above, gluten.
