This box includes Provence food specialties. They are guaranteed without preservatives, without GMOs, without palm oil and without flavor enhancers. The family business Darvaux who cooks them respects the traditional recipes of Provence.

fig confit1 jar of 90 g of fig confit: as an accompaniment to foie gras, duck meat, for example.
Ingredients candied figs: figs (65%), onions, white vinegar, sunflower oil, salt, pepper. DDM 48 months. .

onion confit1 jar of 90 g of onion confit: to accompany terrines, meats.
Ingredients onion confit: onions (80%), red wine (contains sulphites), sugar, sunflower oil, red vinegar (contains sulphites), salt, pepper. DDM 48 months.
Allergens: sulphites.

anchoiade1 jar of 90g of cream of anchoiade cream with olive oil: to taste on toast as an aperitif, or « a la Provencale » with raw vegetables cut into sections that are soaked in the delight.
Ingredients: anchovies (35%), water, sunflower oil, olive oil (10%), capers, garlic, fennel, pepper, thickeners (xanthan, guar), spices. (Allergens: anchovies).

aioli1 jar of 90 g of olive oil aioli: as an accompaniment to fish (cod), vegetables, croutons of toasted bread to soak in fish soup, etc ...
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, water, garlic (25%), olive oil (10%), egg yolk, mustard (water, mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt, sulphites, citric acid), salt, natural aroma of garlic, white pepper, thickener (xanthan guar). DDM 48 months.
Allergens: mustard, sulphites, eggs.

eggplant cream1 jar of 90g eggplant cream with olive oil to spread on your toast and spice up your aperitif.
Ingredients: Eggplant (66%), onions, olive oil (10%), tomato paste, red peppers, garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, basil, hot pepper. DDM 48 months.

tomato cream1 jar of 90 g of dried basil tomato cream, toasted on toast.
Ingredients: Water, dried tomatoes (25%), olive oil, garlic, anchovy paste (salted anchovies 80%, vegetable oil, salt, vinegar, spices), salt, dry basil (0.25%). DDM 48 months.
Allergens: anchovies.
