This box includes Provence food specialties. They are guaranteed without preservatives, without GMOs, without palm oil and without flavor enhancers. The family business who cooks them respects the traditional recipes of Provence.
Fig and grape confit
To accompany foie gras, duck meat, for example, a delight!
Ingredients: figs (50%), sugar, lemon juice, raisins 1.7%, cinnamon, fruit pectin. BBD 48 months. Jar of 70 g.
Onion confit
To accompany terrines, red meats.
Ingredients: onions (45%), sugar, lemon juice, fruit pectin. BBD 48 months. Jar of 70 g.
Anchoïade cream delight
To enjoy on toast as an aperitif, or Provençal style with washed and cut raw vegetables that are dipped in anchovy cream.
Ingredients: anchovies in sunflower oil (45%), olive oil, cream, capers, garlic, mustard, white wine, white vinegar, dried parsley, pepper. (Allergens: anchovies). Contains sulphites. Jar of 90 g.
Aioli with olive oil
To accompany fish (cod), vegetables, on toasted bread croutons to dip in fish soup, etc.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, water, garlic (25%), olive oil (10%), egg yolk, mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, sulphites, citric acid), salt, natural garlic flavouring, white pepper, thickener (guar xanthan). BBD 48 months. Allergens: mustard, sulphites, eggs. Jar of 90 g.
Eggplant cream
With olive oil, to spread on your toast and add softness to your aperitif.
Ingredients: Grilled eggplant (90%), olive oil, white wine, garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, sweet pepper, coriander. BBD 48 months. Jar of 90 g.
Sun-dried tomato cream
To be enjoyed on toast.
Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes (48%), olive oil, water, garlic, anchovies, wine, salt, basil. BBD 48 months. Allergens: anchovies. Jar of 90 g.

The Provencal terroir is full of vegetables, condiments and aromatic plants that perfume the scrubland as well as the traditional cuisine. Garlic, onions, fruits (including tomatoes) are preserved, and used in salty or sweet recipes. For dishes, we add olive oil, full of flavors and excellent for health, to compose creamy sauces, flavored, rich in tastes.
