The Provence menu contains savory cooked dishes and sweets for dessert and coffee.
The dishes were made in Aix en Provence by the house Darvaux. No GMO, no palm oil, no preservatives or flavor enhancers are used in the recipes.
The biscuits are made by Fruidoraix, a confectionery French labeled "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant", respecting the traditions.

1 glass jar of 90 g of entries (dried basil tomato cream or eggplant with olive oil), toasted on toast.

1 jar of a cooked dish of 400 g (choose between boar stew or Camargue bull stew).
Ingredients of bull stew: meat of PDO Camargue bull, France origin (48%), water, red wine (contains sulphites), carrots, onions, green olives, black olives, salt, water, thickener (modified corn starch ), tomato paste, smoked pork belly, salt, veal stock (bones, meat and veal fat, water, salt, yeast extract, maltodextrin, animal fat, natural flavorings, dehydrated vegetables (onions, tomatoes), concentrated carrots, sugar, garlic, thyme, nutmeg, pepper). No GMO, no preservatives, no palm oil, no flavor enhancer. DMD 48 months.
1 bag of 500 g of Camargue PGI rice, naturally perfumed.
Ingredients: Camargue rice under Protected Geographical Indication label. DDM 24 months.
1 jar of 210 g of fruit dessert of caramel peaches with vanilla.
Ingredients: peach (55%), water, sugar, caramel (5%), vanilla flavor. DDM 48 months.
1 box of 150 g of shuttle biscuits with orange blossom.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, icing sugar, non-hydrogenated fat, eggs, pasty aurantia, orange blossom water. DDM 12 months. Allergens: wheat, eggs.
