This is a great classic that is generally appreciated as a gift.

It's the specialty of this confectionery since its creation in 1880. These calissons d'Aix are respectful of the specifications of the Aix manufacturers, and are composed of 46% of candied melon, and of almonds and orange peels. The icing is thin and delicate, flavored with vanilla.

It benefits from the “Grand Prix of France” award to the delight of gourmets and joins the 13 Christmas desserts as a refined treat.

Ingredients: Candied melons (melons, sugar, glucose syrup), almonds, sugar, icing sugar, candied orange peels (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup), unleavened bread (potato starch, water) , glucose syrup, egg whites, vanilla flavoring.

Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.

This product may contain traces of nuts other than those listed above, gluten and sulphite.
