This set of gourmet food is composed of French regional food specialties of very high quality, all harvested or prepared by hand. Here’s the list:
1 bottle of 10 cl of Aix en Provence AOP olive oil, Domaine de Vautubiere, old-fashioned fruity taste.
Ingredients: virgin olive oil from the majority varieties (80%) variety Aglandau for the ardeur and Salonenque for the sweetness, triturated at the old mill of Coudoux in traditional method. The olives matured 2 to 3 days before crushing.
1 jar of 80 g deer terrine Saint Hubert.
Ingredients: Roe meat (20%), pork fat, pork liver, red wine (contains sulphites), wheat flour, salt, onions, garlic, potato starch, pepper, spices. DMD 48 months.
Allergens: wheat, sulphites.
1 jar of 90 g of vegetable delight (eggplant, basil or pesto of your choice) cooked in Aix-en-Provence, without preservatives, GMOs, flavor enhancers or palm oil. To enjoy on a toast for aperitif, for example.
Ingredients of aubergine delight: eggplant (66%), onions, olive oil (10%), tomato paste, red peppers, garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, basil, hot pepper. DMD 48 months.
1 jar of 180 g of 100% organic black or green tapenade (according to your choice) prepared in Provence, with olive oil.
Ingredients (from organic farming): black olives or green olives (80%), olive oil, capers, pepper, thyme, rosemary. DMD 48 months.
1 jar of 250 g of Provence lavender honey, or fine lavender honey from Provence, Rucher des Sauvaires, under Protected Geographical Indication label.
Origin: Roumoules, Plateau de Valensole, or Sault, Plateau d'Albion, France. Harvested and potted by the beekeeper.
1 jar of 130 g of seasonal jam, cooked in a cauldron (to choose according to the season: plum jelly, melon with vanilla, wild arbutus or strawberry of Provence).
Ingredients of strawberry jam: Strawberries of Provence, pure cane sugar, lemon juice, fruit pectin.
Prepared with 60 g of fruit per 100 g - Total sugar content: 55 g.
1 bag of 150 g orange flower shuttle biscuits.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, icing sugar, non-hydrogenated fat, eggs, pasty aurantia, orange blossom water. (Allergens: wheat, eggs). DMD 12 months.

This box was composed in order to make you discover a maximum of products of the so generous Provencal terroir.
Let’s start with raw products: you can taste an olive oil from a small local production, and an old mill with the flavors of the AOP Aix en Provence appellation.
The culinary preparations we offer are based on Provencal vegetables cooked with virgin olive oil in a family business in Aix. The green or black tapenade is made with 100% organic ingredients. All these salty specialties are cooked without preservatives, GMOs, flavor enhancers or palm oil.
As to desserts, honey under the PGI label comes from an apiary raised by a beekeeper who is very concerned about the preservation of nature and the welfare of bees. The jams are made by a passionate jammaker who works the best Provencal fruits from the garden, picked at maturity. The biscuits are hand-made by a company labeled "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant".
Therefore it’s a very greedy basket based on healthy ingredients to afford for Christmas or any other occasion.
