We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. The dimensions of the boxes as well as the cushioning and padding material are adapted to each article and each shipment.
Additional attention is paid to fragile items by using individual packs for each piece and overall packaging for the set (double pack). 2. 3. Delivery times
As of the day of validation of your order, the delivery time (in working days : Monday to Saturday) varies according to the address of delivery.
Delivery times differ according to two cases related to the type of order:For orders of products in stock, the necessary times generally observed are the following ones:
- For metropolitan France, 2 to 5 days.
- For Europe, 3 to 7 days.
- For North America, 5 to 10 days.
- For Africa and the Middle East, 5 to 10 days.
- For South America, Asia and Oceania, 7 to 15 days.
4. Delivery tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link to track delivery on the carrier's website.
This tracking is also possible from your account: click on "My orders" and select the order concerned. You have the same tracking link on the carrier's website.
In case of delay or any other problem in the delivery of your parcel, please report it to our Customer Service and we will help you to remedy it as soon as possible.
We strive to provide the carrier with all relevant documents and information so that the delivery of your parcel is done in the best conditions and as quickly as possible. This is why our shipments do not encounter any problem in the vast majority of cases.
However, the importation of a good remains a sovereign decision of the country of destination. If there is any doubt, we recommend that you contact the customs services of this country to know their import conditions for the items you are interested in, any customs consequences still at your expense.
5. Delivery of your parcel
Even if we propose carriers known for the quality of their services, an incident is still possible. That's why we get insurance for all our shipments, as long as you follow a few recommendations:
- be present at the reception of your parcel (or a person of your choice),
- open and thoroughly inspect your package and its contents when the delivery man is present (take photos if necessary),
- write all remarks and potential reservations on the delivery slip before signing it,
- refuse the delivery altogether if the carrier has irreparably damaged your items.
It is very important to "waste" these minutes before signing the discharge of the carrier. If you validate the delivery of the carrier without any mention, it is no longer possible to obtain the exchange or the refund of a damaged item!
In case of problem, do not worry and contact our customer service quickly by communicating all the relevant information (contact details, order number, damaged item(s) with photos and documents written in the presence of the carrier). Once the file is complete, we replace the damaged items.
6. Return your parcel
The article you have received does not suit you ... No problem, you have 14 days to return it to REMEMBER PROVENCE without justification as the « Money back guarantee policy ».
