Calisons or calissons?

This set of Aix en Provence candy sweets is made up exclusively of homemade specialties by a French excellence label EPV. It contains treats usually served for dessert, coffee or during festive meals.

With a game of checkers in calissons, this fancy sweet box brings a funny touch that will surprise for sure. You may also offer this gourmet gift to your sweetheart for Valentine's Day, or to your Mum for Mother’s Day.

Checkers in calissons (180 g)

Very playful and imaginative, this pretty wooden box with sliding closure hides a real game of checkers. The only difference with the classic game is a slightly deviated rule of the game: any jumped pawn is an eaten pawn.
These are round calissons with vanilla coating and caramel. Ambiance is guaranteed, and you’ll keep the wooden case for another use!
Ingredients: Candied melons (melons, sugar, glucose syrup), additive: citric acid (E330), almonds, sugar, icing sugar, candied orange peels (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup, additive: citric acid (E330)), unleavened bread (potato starch, water), glucose syrup, egg white, natural vanilla flavouring, caramel 1%: colourings: E151, E102, E122. This product may contain traces of nuts other than those listed above, gluten and sulphite.

Organic candied chocolate oranges (100 g)

These bites are made of candied orange peel coated in dark chocolate and cut into small chewable balls. The recipe is traditional in Provence and you can enjoy candied orange in the 13 Christmas desserts.
Just small grains of gourmet pleasure !
Ingredients: Dark chocolate 74% cocoa (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder) 82%, candied orange peel 18% (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, additive: citric acid E330). This product may contain traces of dried fruits other than those listed above and milk.

Wrapped organic hazelnut nougats (100 g)

Entitled ‘Madame Victorine’, it is a delicious white nougat with hazelnuts and coffee in the shape of individual bites to share. Ladies have the right to offer to gentlemen ... or not!
To taste with dessert, coffee or as a snack when you are hungry, this is ideal for sharing with family or friends.
Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts 21%, glucose syrup, honey, natural coffee flavouring, egg whites, unleavened bread (potato starch, water). These products may contain traces of dried fruits other than those listed above, gluten.

Box of mini calissons 'Qui suis-je?' (100 g)

To finish with vanilla sweets, this is a little riddle to offer ... made up of mini natural calissons with vanilla, folded individually.
Undoubtedly a unique experience: indeed, they have received the Grand Prix de France of calissons and are made by a confectionery labeled EPV of Aix en Provence.
