Calissons Grand Prix de France, EPV label, 2 boxes of 100 g

These genuine calissons from Aix en Provence are at the top of excellence: they combine two awards. First of all, they obtained the Grand Prix de France for Best Specialty, and they are made by a confectioner recognized by a French excellence EPV label. We might as well call them the best Aix calissons in the World!
Ingredients: Candied melons (melons, sugar, glucose syrup), almonds, sugar, icing sugar, candied orange peels (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup), unleavened bread (potato starch, water), glucose syrup, egg whites, vanilla or fruity flavoring.

Marseille ‘navette’ biscuits (150 g)

The artisanal quality of these biscuits guarantees a very gourmet and low-calorie tasting like all biscuits in Provence. They are available in two versions to choose from: traditional with orange blossom, or less Provencal but just as delicious with salted butter caramel. A crunchy pleasure!
Ingredients of the orange blossom navettes: Wheat flour, sugar, non-hydrogenated fat, eggs, pasty aurencial flavor (orange blossom paste 0.36%).
Ingredients of caramel navettes: Wheat flour, icing sugar, non-hydrogenated fat, salted butter caramel pieces 8.46% and Guerande salt (sugar (35.5%), glucose syrup (29.6%), reconstituted whole milk powder (20.7%), Isigny A.O.P. crème fraiche (9%), Isigny A.O.P. salted butter (3.6%), Guerande salt (1.2%), emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin (0.4%), fatty acid sucrose esters), water, eggs, caramel flavouring 0.75%, salt.
This product may contain traces of nuts and soya.

Organic Almond & Chocolate Olives (150 g)

These little bites are made of almonds and chocolate, disguised as olives. They are therefore crunchy and melting, and go wonderfully with the coffee moment which it sublimates with delight.
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (cocoa min 60%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor) almonds, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), coating agent: acacia gum, glucose syrup, sugar, colorings: E132, E153, E102. This product may contain traces of dried fruits other than those mentioned above, gluten.

Organic chocolate and hazelnut chips (250 g)

Like a destructured bar, these pieces of pure happiness crunch and melt in the mouth for a very cocoa tasting.
In the milk chocolate version, cocoa represents at least 39%, and in the dark chocolate version not less than 74%. They also contain toasted hazelnuts to give even more crispness.
