An original version of the Marseilles cookies (navette), rather known in sweet and fragrant version with orange blossom.
These are available in salty, "soft" flavor with black olives and a variant with Espelette pepper for spicy tasting.
Only fun!

This is a specialty much appreciated by olive lovers. Picked green and slightly bitter, this olive is cracked with a wooden mallet and plunged into a brine flavored with the scents of Provence.
A must for a festive French aperitif!
Ingredients: Broken green olives (99.2%), Garlic, Parsley, Brine (water, salt, acidifier: lactic acid, antioxidant, ascorbic acid).

The Clairette de Die, not well known, is a sparkling white wine vinified according to the ancestral method for 2000 years (and recognized AOC since 1942).
It is the Provençal « champagne »: the small parcels of vines are located in The Valley of the Drome on a terroir bathed in sun. It’s harvested by hand.
The Imperial cuvee of the Jaillance house is the 2019 Gold Medal of the Concours General Agricole de Paris.
Sweet and fruity (only 7 degrees of alcohol), this Clairette offers subtle hints of muscatel, lychee and citrus zest. It’s perfect to accompany the aperitif.
Consume with moderation to better taste it with a lot of pleasure.
Vegetables of the sun
Traditionally, the aperitif in Provence is a sacred moment.
We like to take our time, and enjoy salty products made from sun vegetables: olives, tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, anchovies, with a touch of garlic, basil and, of course, olive oil. No exotic nuts, just fruits and vegetables found on the local markets.
The vegetable delights are cooked with olive oil as it should, and very scented with Provencal herbs.
