Eggplant cream
A real Provencal summer vegetable delight to enjoy on a toasted bread crouton, for example. A sweet and creamy flavor to get your mouth going.
Ingredients: Eggplant caviar: 80% Eggplant, Olive oil, Air, White wine (contains sulfites), Salt, Sweet pepper, Pepper, Coriander. Jar of 90 g.
Pistou soup
Cooked in Provence following the traditional recipe, it’s fragrant and the basil brings out the taste of each vegetable individually. It’s perfect for a main course dinner because it’s quite filling. You may add grated cheese.
Ingredients: water, tomato pulp, vegetables 27% (zucchini, potatoes, carrots, green beans, white beans, red beans), pistou 7.5% (olive oil, basil, garlic, sunflower oil), wheat starch, pasta, salt, double tomato concentrate, pepper. May contain traces of soy. 1 Liter jar (3 servings).
PGI Camargue rice naturally perfumed
Grown in Camargue on a family estate, this rice meets the specifications of the PGI label. All the scents of the Camargue plains are released during cooking and reveal natural aromas of hay specific to this terroir. Ingredients: Wheat flour, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Milk, Baking powder, Salt, Lavender flavor. Bag of 150 g.
Seasonal fruit jam
A jam maker passionate about wild fruits and forgotten fruits makes these very fruity jams, and just the right amount of sweetness. He focuses on the quality of Provencal fruits full of sunshine and ripened to perfection to obtain the original fruit flavor. Ingredients: fruit (60%), pure cane sugar, water, lemon juice, fruit pectin. Jar of 130 g.
Pistou soup: all veggie !
It’s a simple recipe, quite vegetal, nourishing and full of flavors.
It’s made with white beans called ‘cocos’, and red beans, as well as other summer vegetables.
In Provence, elongated pasta or vermicelli, garlic, olive oil are added and also basil at the end of cooking. We also add grated cheese.
The soup should be thick: normally it’s a single dish.
The pesto is the pestle of the mortar which is used to pound the ingredients in the culinary preparations, and especially basil. You need a lot of it for this preparation!
