The real fish soup as it can be enjoyed in Marseille or Cassis, for example! It’s cooked with olive oil and offers all the flavors of the Mediterranean Sea. You may eat it plain or accompanied by croutons rubbed with garlic and rouille sauce. A pure pleasure experience! Quantity for two persons.
