The quality of homemade confectionery for an unforgettable holiday dessert ...

Clairette de Die is a sparkling white wine vinified according to the ancestral method for 2000 years and recognized French AOC label since 1942.
Unfortunately, it isn’t well known, although it’s the Provencal 'champagne': the small parcels of vines are located in Drôme valley on a terroir bathed in sunshine. It’s harvested by hand.
The Tradition cuvee from Maison Jaillance is rewarded every year. In particular the 2018 and 2019 Gold Medal of the Concours General Agricole of Paris and the Concours des Grands Vins de France of Macon, among others.
As a fruity and light drink (only 7 degrees of alcohol), the Clairette de Die is an exceptional sparkling wine to accompany all the festive menus.
Taste with moderation but also a lot of pleasure.
