Like the dish and terrines in this basket, this Provencal gourmand tapenade is prepared without GMOs, preservatives, palm oil or flavor enhancers. This deli contains only good local products!
Ingredients: 60% Green olives, Olive oil, Water, Capers, 5% Almonds, Garlic, 2% Hazelnuts, Anchovy fillets in sunflower oil, White wine (contains sulfites), Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Spices.
Quail terrine with Sauternes, jar of 90 g.

This tasty and melting terrine of game is prepared in accordance with traditional Provence recipes, with a festive wine aroma. To be enjoyed as a starter for a pleasure out of the ordinary.
Ingredients: Mechanically separated Quail meat from EU origin 20%, Pork fat, Poultry liver, Pork liver, Sauternes wine 4%, whole MILK, Water, Whole eggs, Salt, Pepper.
Duck meli-melo with porcini mushrooms, jar of 300 g.

Just like the delight and terrine, this dishe is prepared with all the experience of a company that has specialized in Provencal gastronomy for decades. Their recipes are ancestral and are perfect for a festive meal. The porcini mushrooms that are picked in Provence in the fall are a delicious addition to duck meat that is very popular during the holidays.
Ingredients: Duck sleeves (40%), Water, Onions, Creme fraiche, Porcini mushrooms (5%), processed Corn starch, Caramel, Poultry stock, Salt, Duck fat, Garlic, Honey, Double concentrated tomato puree, Bay leaf, Lemon zest, Pepper.
Naturally fragrant PGI Camargue rice, bag of 150 g.

An exceptional rice raised by an artisanal producer approved by the Culinary College of France. Just cook it to import all the scents of the plains and good Camargue hay into your kitchen. A real pleasure to taste and a really good match with the duck dish!
Ingredients: Camargue rice, Protected Geographical Indication.
Dark chocolate mendiant, box of 80 g.

What could be better than a crunchy chocolate treat to end this festive meal in style? This mendiant is a Provencal specialty revisited by a confectionery of Aix en Provence rewarded by a French excellence label! The taste remains unchanged, only the initial shape of the round disc has been changed to a square tablet, easier to share.
Ingredients: dark chocolate* 80% (cocoa paste*, sugar*, cocoa butter*, vanilla powder*), candied orange peel* 15% (orange peel*, corn glucose syrup*, salt*), almonds* 5%.
(*) Ingredients from organic farming.
Soft vanilla nougat papillotes, box of 100 g.

This second non-chocolate dessert is perfectly dosed in vanilla and almond flavors to accompany the sparkling wine. This nougat is fine and delicate, like all the sweets made by this confectionery that is over 140 years old.
Ingredients*: Sugar, almonds, glucose syrup, honey, egg white, pistachios, unleavened bread (potato starch, water), natural vanilla flavor 0.42%. BBD 12 months. This product may contain traces of dried fruits other than those listed above, gluten.

Clairette de Die is a sparkling white wine vinified according to the ancestral method for 2000 years and recognized French AOC label since 1942. Unfortunately, it isn’t well known, although it’s the Provençal 'champagne': the small parcels of vines are located in Drôme valley on a terroir bathed in sunshine. It’s harvested by hand.
The Tradition cuvee from Maison Jaillance is rewarded every year. In particular the 2018 and 2019 Gold Medal of the Concours General Agricole of Paris and the Concours des Grands Vins de France of Macon, among others.
As a fruity and light drink (only 7 degrees of alcohol), the Clairette de Die is an exceptional sparkling wine to accompany all the festive menus. Taste with moderation but also a lot of pleasure.

Est ce que les coffrets sont bien prepares et emballes individuellement et les produits ne seront donc pas melanges lors d`une commande de plusieurs coffrets en meme temps.

Oui, nous emballons chaque assortiment dans un carton séparé avec de la frisure pour protéger les articles fragiles. Si vous prenez plusieurs boxes dans une même commandes, elles seront expédiées à la même adresse dans un grand carton qui contiendra tous les colis.
