Delicious chocolate !

The 'mendiant' is usually made in a round puck. The confectionery from Aix preferred to keep the initial recipe and adopt a square shape for a larger size and more chocolate! Tast a true traditional recipe from Provence!

The cocoa comes from an organic bean from the Dominican Republic which is rather rare and very tasty. It gives this perfectly balanced chocolate, not too bitter in the dark version, just the right amount. Milk chocolate with a minimum of 39% cocoa is also very pleasant for connoisseurs and lovers of this ingredient.

Eco-friendly

The packaging of this product is made from cardboard with the mixed FSC and IMPRIM'VERT label for the sake of saving our planet. Whenever possible, our artisan confectioner modifies plastic packaging to convert them into recyclable or sustainably managed materials. This virtuous approach goes hand in hand with his concern to always preserve traditions and the artisanal production method.
