A true discovery prepared by hand by a confectionery from Aix en Provence, exercising this know-how for 140 years.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, hazelnuts 18%, honey, sugar, egg white, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder) 3%, cocoa powder 3%, wafer paper ( potato starch, water), coffee flavor, coloring : caramel E150b.

May contain traces of other nuts and gluten.
