Our different assortments are optionally all chocolate, or all white nougat, all calissons, or mixed.

Valentine’s chocolate box

The chocolate is made from a rare and tasty organic cocoa bean from the Dominican Republic. The dark chocolate contains 74% cocoa for a connoisseur's taste. It’s associated with grilled almonds in the form of olivettes, or with hazelnuts in pieces of unstructured bar, and even with nougat in the shape of a truffle! Yummy crunchy and melting at the same time! Net weight: 250g

Calissons assortment

The famous diamond candies are awarded Grand Prix de France and are the specialty of this workshop which produces near Aix en Provence. In plain version with vanilla icing, or fruity with different flavors, they respect the ancestral recipe to which is added a note of gourmet fantasy. Net weight: 140g

Nougat assortment

Organic nougats are made according to traditional recipes, and are really delicious. It is a duo of soft white, vanilla and hazelnut nougat. They are presented in white and red papillotes, the colors of Valentine's Day. Net weight: 150g

Mixed treats

We offer a composition of all the sweet bites mentioned above (chocolates, calissons, nougats) to which are added some Marseilles shuttles with orange blossom. Net weight: 200g
