They use selected ingredients, taking care to avoid unnecessary ones. Chocolates and nougats are organic, and their calissons specialty are 'Grand Prix de France' award-winning. You are sure to delight your Valentine with sweets resulting from excellent know-how.

If you opt for the all-chocolate assortment, the attractive box will be filled with various crunchy bites of roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate with 74% cocoa and milk chocolate (39%), black and green olivettes (chocolate filled with almond), chocolate nougat truffle. These are freshmade from a particularly tasty, organic and rather rare cocoa bean from the Dominican Republic. Net weight: 180g

A rather original surprise awaits your lover with a mix of calissons, but not just any! They have received the Grand Prix de France, and are the specialty of this house in the Aix-en-Provence area. Traditional (vanilla icing) and fruity (blackcurrant, lemon, apricot and pistachio icing) versions, both are exquisite and delicate! Net weight: 200g

Made from organic ingredients, these soft nougats are available in two kinds: one, classic, is flavored with vanilla, the second, more original, contains hazelnut and a slight aroma of coffee.
