Quality of Marat d'Avignon
It is a textile house of great renown in Provence since 1948. Marat d'Avignon has always preserved the historical motifs that have made the glory of Provençal fabrics. The Garance line is no exception. It is magnified by the Jacquard mode of weaving, most adapted to provided and complex drawings. The nobility of its texture gives a high quality result, brilliant colors, and a warm feeling. Large imaginary flowers are scattered on the central part of the cloth. They are framed by three borders, playing a rehearsal at the four corners.

Our advices!
The shades proposed in Garance are very close, which allows combinations to put variety while preserving the pattern. For example, if you choose to place the plaid on a sofa or rectangular coffee table, take Garance cushion covers in different colors. Thus, you will not fear to create a break in the atmosphere, it will not happen. On the contrary, you will get a slightly dynamic effect. Same tips for a dining room table: by taking alternating color placemats, you are certain to chase the monotony away. The high quality of the fabric will operate.

Some tips : to wash your laundry, we recommend Marseille soap, a natural and really effective product that the washerwomen (lavandieres) of Provence used formerly. In addition to being environmentally friendly and harmless to the skin and the environment, it cleans and removes stains perfectly without damaging fabric. You can also use white vinegar as a softener: it's natural too. Do not hesitate and follow the example of Provencal housewives, back to fundamentals: it's good for you, for your home, and for the planet!
For TEFLON treated or coated fabrics: we recommend to iron on the reverse side of the fabric to reactivate the properties of anti-stain treatment.
