Our Provencal cuisine package includes several variations for each product:
1 bottle of 10 or 25 cl of Aix en Provence PDO virgin olive oil, first cold pressed, over-matured to obtain aromas of black fruity, triturated in an old-fashioned mill.
Provenance: Domaine de Vautubiere, Coudoux, France.
1 Spray of 20 cl of cider vinegar with Saffron of Provence, to bring a touch of subtly perfumed acidity.
Ingredients: cider vinegar from organic farming, saffron from Provence. Free of preservative.
1 sachet of 200 g of flavored Camargue salt, choice of fragrance from:
- Pink Camargue salt: to surprise your guests
- Anise and saffron: for fish preparations, rice, court-bouillon.
- Fig and onion: to cook duck breast, red meats, sauces.
- Espelette pepper: to spice up your recipes.
- Lemon and rosemary: to season fish, white meat, rice, pasta, vegetables.
Ingredients: Camargue salt (origin : France, Aigues Mortes), herbs, spices or dehydrated fruits according to the aromas.

The Provencal cuisine is obviously a local cuisine, with tastes very marked by iconic products, such as olive oil, aromatic herbs, Camargue salt and saffron.
