1 sachet of 80 g rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), dried and sorted, origin France, Provence. Rich in essential oils, with powerful aromas thanks to the sun of Provence. Dried at the producer's, then cleaned and sorted down the Sainte Victoire.
Use with lamb meat, vegetables, stews, or to flavor fruit jellies. Goes well with garlic.
1 sachet of 80 g savory (Satureja montana), Provencal poivre d’ane, origin France, Provence. Rich in essential oils. Dried at the producer's, then cleaned and sorted down the Sainte Victoire.
To be used on goat cheese, cream cheese, vegetables, and in the preparation of terrines.
1 sachet of 80 g of oregano (Origanum vulgare), or wild marjoram, origin France, Provence. Rich in essential oils. Dried at the producer's, then cleaned and sorted down the Sainte Victoire.
To use on pizzas but also with tomato sauces, fish, vegetables.
