Did you know the traditional diamond-shaped calissons? Discover the Symphonie calissons, an assortment of round calissons covered with a fruity glaze. This is a unique, original creation, much appreciated as a gift!

These calissons of Aix en Provence meet the specifications of the Aix manufacturers, and are composed of 46% candied melon, almonds and orange peel. The icing is fine and delicate, flavored with apricot, blackcurrant, pistachio and lemon.

Ingredients: Candied melons (melons, sugar, glucose syrup), almonds, sugar, icing sugar, candied orange peels, (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup), unleavened bread (potato starch, water ), glucose syrup, egg whites, natural vanilla flavor, blackcurrant, lemon, apricot, pistachio, colors: E163 turmeric extract, E160c, E141.

Store in a cool, dry place.

This product may contain traces of nuts other than those listed above, gluten and sulphite.
