Ingredients: Corn, milk chocolate* with 39% cocoa* (sugar*, cocoa butter*, whole milk powder*, cocoa paste*, vanilla powder*).

Easter almonds

These green and black olives are actually disguised roasted almonds for the crunchiness covered in dark or milk chocolate for the fondant. In Provence, they are called ‘olivettes’. They look like tiny Easter eggs, don’t you think?
Ingredients: Dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor) almonds, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), coating agent: acacia gum, glucose syrup, sugar, colorings: E132, E153, E102.

Dark chocolate Easter candy

This is a Provencal specialty that usually comes in the shape of a stick. Here, the candied orange peels are cut into small balls and coated in dark chocolate. A pure delight!
Ingredients: Dark chocolate 74% cocoa (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder) 82%, candied orange peels 18% (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup, additive: citric acid E330).
