1 jar of 175 g scallop terrine with lemon.
Ingredients: Scallops (30%), white fish flesh, rapeseed oil, water, eggs, milk, potato starch, salt, tomato paste, 1% lemon juice, garlic, sugar, thickener (xanthan guar), pepper. DDM 48 months.

1 bag of 500 g of Camargue rice under Protected Geographical Indication label, with the choice of natural fragrant rice or triade rice (mix of white, red and black rice).
Ingredients: Camargue IGP rice. DMD 24 months.
1 jar of 210 g of prunes or apricots with Muscat de Lunel.
Ingredients: Prunes (60%), water, white wine, red wine, Muscat de Lunel (contains sulphites), sugar, cinnamon, vanilla flavor, tea. DDM 48 months.

1 box of 100 g candied oranges coated with dark chocolate (74% cocoa).
Ingredients: dark chocolate with 74% cocoa (82%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder), candied orange peel (18%) (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, citric acid E330), coating agent: gum arabic E414).
This product may contain traces of milk and nuts.
1 bottle of 150 g of chocolate covered almonds (green & black olives).
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa min 60%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin emulsifier, vanillin flavor), almonds, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soy lecithin, vanillin flavor), gum arabic, sugar, coating agents (gum arabic, sucrose, glucose syrup, shellac, E132, E153, E102* dyes.) *(May have adverse effects on activity and attention in children). DMD 12 months.

Provencal Christmas Eve
In Provence, at Christmas Eve, we traditionally avoided meat for dinner if we have dinner before the Midnight Mass.
Therefore one find, among the most popular menus, dishes based on fish and vegetables since they are products of the Mediterranean and the terroir. There were normally seven of them. The bagna caudo, the fish soup, the aigo boulido, the gratin of cardes, and other winter vegetables are some examples.
