Excellence certified

‘EPV’ is a label of excellence rewarding artisanal houses which perpetuate ancestral and artisanal manufacturing and recipes. This confectionery from Aix en Provence has been practicing for more than 140 years, and has an old know-how of French delicacy and taste.

Their ‘calissons’ (famous diamond candies) were awarded 'Grand Prix de France for the best specialty'. Their exceptional chocolate, made from a rare organic bean, is made with the strict minimum of ingredients, but with a powerful cocoa content: 39% for milk chocolate, 74% for dark chocolate. Lovers of real chocolate will appreciate it!

The nougats are made with as many organic and local ingredients as possible. As for fruit jellies, they only contain fruit pulp and natural colorings, and not too much sugar. The Marseille biscuits are crunchy and low calory but so flavored and tasty !

These are therefore very superior quality specialties that Remember Provence exclusively displays in this presentation box.

Truffle nougat
Very original and surprising in flavor! imagine a hazelnut nougat coated with chocolate and cocoa powder. It’s a nougat bite disguised as a truffle... This confectionery will surprise all your guests!
Chocolate black and green olives
They look like real fruits, but these original Christmas chocolates are made from roasted almonds coated in very aromatic organic chocolate. Crunchy and soft at the same time, they can be nibbled without hunger to accompany dessert and coffee. A delicious and very fun ‘trompe l’oeil’ specialty to display on your Holiday table at the end of the meal.
Organic ‘orangettes’ (only in 650g version)
These bites are made from organic candied orange peels coated with 74% organic dark chocolate and cut into small chewable balls. The recipe for this Christmas confectionery is traditional. Very tasty little grains of pleasure.
Chocolate coated popcorn
From a traditional recipe, little corn grains of gourmet pleasure that you can “peck” without hunger… endlessly!

2 types of artisanal nougats in papillote

"Grand Prix de France" calissons made according to tradition since 1880, a sure value to share or offer without moderation... a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds! The calissons are offered in a traditional recipe (vanilla icing) and in a fruity version (blackcurrant, lemon, apricot and pistachio icing). The hardest part will be choosing because they are all delicious!!!

Fruit jellies like the old days with a good natural taste (more than 50% real fruit pulp) with just the right amount of sugar and as melt-in-mouth as possible... a real indulgence! Traditional biscuits of Marseille

The artisanal quality of these 'navettes' guarantees a very delicious and low-calorie tasting like every biscuit made in Provence. They come in two tastes: traditional with orange blossom, or less Provencal but just as delicious with salted butter caramel. A very delicious crunchy pleasure!
